Our tour guy Renata was very mono tone reading her script, walked at a very fast pace on the stops, did not wait for guests to catch up and at the last stop did not even wait for everyone to get off the bus! I chose to use my cane as it was snowy and uneven surfaces - as I got off the bus she practically rolled her eyes that it would be a problem! At the first stop the route to the village…”
