“I was most disappointed in the way the transportation was done. For some reason I expected that the tour would take us in a private bus to the gondola location. Instead the group took a public bus which then required walking uphill about ten minutes. My disabled husband couldn’t do the walk so we had to pay for a taxi ride. The guide did help with arranging the taxi. I don’t think I would have booked this if I knew the type of transportation and amount of walking required.
